Your enquiries
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, message and any telephone number you provide. Quote requests also include chosen materials, quantities and, where relevant, a delivery postcode. We use these details to respond, prepare prices and discuss delivery or collection. This is necessary to take steps at your request before an order. Without contact details, we cannot respond through the website.
Requests are saved privately in WordPress and a notification is sent to our business email. Our website hosting, maintenance and email providers process information to operate these services. Information you choose to send through WhatsApp or your email app is also handled under those services’ privacy arrangements.
Storage and security
We retain enquiries while needed to deal with your request, related orders, queries and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us if you want to ask about or remove an enquiry. Security systems may process technical details, including connection information, to protect the website from abuse. This supports our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
The quote builder saves product choices and quantities in your browser so your list follows you between pages. It does not save your name, email, phone number or postcode in browser storage. Clear the list or your browser’s site data to remove it. Essential login cookies are used for website administration.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, or request erasure, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Our team reviews quotes personally. The website does not make automated decisions about prices or delivery eligibility.
